Love is...

This asymmetrical heart shape is truly unque! I just love all the wonderful swirly grain that surrounds the knot hole. I have coated the hole surround in epoxy resin to ensure its stability. Painted in red velvet then carefully sanded to bring out its beautiful wood grain. Once I was happy I coated in a walnut stain then a polyurethane finish. I just love this heart!
